Walter Hans Winter (A-1150L)
long time memeber of Chapter 51, passed away on Saturday 19 March 2005. Walt had a long and varied life and History, from a 12 year old conscript in the German Wehrmacht at the end of WWII, to a Hollywood stunt double, to 3 Tours in Vietnam, to Chief of Security for the MGM.
In Germany he supported the 10th Group at Bad-Tolz as a ski instructor. In Vietnam he provided support to 5th Group as an Engineer and a Pilot, from 1967 to 1972.
Walt provided support and assistance to Chapter Members during periods of illness, and infirnaty, which he never advertised.
Walt you will be surely missed by all of us, Rest in Peace.
